How do I measure my pack back length?
Measure from the bony bump at the base of your neck down to the top of your hip bones while leaning slightly forward. Use that length to choose the matching pack size.
How should apparel layers fit?
Base layers should sit close to the skin without restricting movement. Mid layers need room for insulation, and shell layers should fit over both with space to move.
Order logistics
When will my order dispatch?
Most orders dispatch within two business days. You will receive a tracking email once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support to start a return and receive the instructions.

How do I reapply waterproofing?
Clean the fabric with a gentle, technical wash, let it dry fully, then apply a durable water repellent according to the product label.
How should I care for and repair gear?
Air dry items away from direct heat and store them loosely. Small tears can be patched with the repair kit included with many products.
